Cooper AllenI had this CD and I played it in my PT Cruiser all the time. This minimalistic pop style seemed pretty new to me at the time.
I’m not music historian...but it also seemed like it was at the beginning of that dark pop era in the 2010s with Halsey, Melanie Martinez, and then later Billie Eilish.
Ribs, Buzzcut Season, and Tennis Courts are my favorites.

Masterpiece
SofitPure Heroine is an album that truly defined my life for many years. I still find myself coming back to it, even now. Still Sane is one of my all time favorite tracks, although I don't share it with many people. Pure Heroine has a very special place in my heart.
