  I told myself I wouldn't add Musicals to this list but you know what fuck you. It's my list!
  Cough Pardon me, I don't know what came over me. Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of The Worlds is a masterpiece that was so incredibly ahead of its time. For being made in 1978 this musical is better than most musicals I've heard in recent years. I can't say much about the in depth story but if you like musicals and have no idea what this is please do yourself a favour.
