MónicaAN UNSKIPPABLE ALBUM. There is not a single skippable song on this album. I have become obsessed with System Of A Down this year. Their music is both fun and dramatic. I love grooviness and melodic elements in music, and this album balances them both perfectly. My favourite song on this album varies depending on my mood, but currently my favourite song on it is Old School Hollywood. I also love Sad Statue, BYOB, Question, and Revenga. Question hits close to home because the melodic elements behind it. The melodic guitar and the percussive elements that sound like palmas (clapping) reminds me so much of flamenco/Spanish music, which is amazing because I am a Spanish flamenco dancer myself. I could listen to this album every single day and never get bored of it. I love it so, so much. This is definietly my favourite album that I've listened to this year so far.
