  I remember seeing Bruce Springsteen years ago saying that he realised that tracking guitar upon guitar in the recording studio did not make a louder guitar sound. Sometimes just one guitar will do. The first time I heard O My Soul you can't got over the feeling that this is a real performance that is actually happening, and it's starts as as it it's been let loose from a taut slingshot.
