This is from 2022. It's the closest thing to Rock music on this list, but it still qualifies as Not Rock, IMO. He does weird spoken word, beat poet type stuff over music that pulls from jazz, reggae, and world music - and maybe rock and roll, I guess, a little bit. It's its own thing, really. Give it a shot.
