  (02/02/2026) Listened to this all the way through with a close friend who grew up with this album, and it's really good! I've heard a lot of recent singles from Son Lux that are far more moody and sparse in their production, so going back to their earlier solo material that has a much more lively, orchestral flair about it was really fun! Their percussion in particular always scratches my brain in just the right way - such interesting textures throughout these songs because of it.
