  Relistening to this for the first time in many years, I'm immediately struck by how similar all the songs sound. Although I think that would apply to a lot of the 80s bands. I've picked up some of their recent albums, and I think they are better today. Not living on Jack and Coke (or Jack and Cokes) through the 80s seems to have saved Sweet's voice, as he can still hit the high notes today. Not many of his 80s contemporaries can say the same.
