  Damnation’s Veil is the first album from this Maryland band. It’s a decent slab of thrashy death metal, all with a sort of dark fantasy theme.

  It is well-executed and held my attention while it was playing, but I am not sure there is much here to set it apart from a lot of other albums that have cover art that looks exactly like this. On the other hand, there’s something to be said for a band that knows what it does and focuses on doing it well.
