  2026/10 Listening Log

  Beanis

  Genre: Blackened Hardcore

A fresh take on the hardcore genre that I quite appreciate. I don’t think I’d be able to explain just how this genre blend works, but it should instantly make sense for anyone that listens to it. They’re able to capture the larger-than-life feeling of black metal riffs with the hardcore grooves and chanting choruses which that genre is known for.

One of the more musically interesting albums of the month, for sure.

  Tier: B
  (Better than average)
