Made a 100 song playlist with one song from each of Apple Music's top 100 albums, then hit random, and this came up. What a tune. I'm glad in recent years that Janet is getting the kudos she deserves.

Staying in the realm of 1986 drums... I mean you know this song already. I love Robert Palmer, what a boss. It's a pity he never got a victory lap.

I've been listening to the U Talkin' REM Re:Me? podcast from a few years back. IRS REM still has a lot of unknown stuff for me. Again, the drums of 1986.

Went to see CBR live in Dublin last Sunday. Maybe people wanted the hits, but I wanted the new stuff. Songs like this one. She had a fantastic presence and had a wonderful way of talking to the audience and explaining her songs.
