I wanted to include my fav of the year so far even though i dont know if i would include it in my fav all time. I have zero clue what genre this is. Its a very unique almost experimental spectra sound to it with a super funky group of instruments used. super fun listen would recommend

I really wanted to include a folk album because i dont think that it gets enough love. This album is so relaxing ive been spinning it while reading alot lately because of how lofi it is. From my understanding it was recorded on a cassette tape and i can definitely hear the warmth and diy element it added to this making it a super homey record.

if you like trippy pop this is for you. some hiphop beats with electronic sounds with r&b vocals i mean this genre in general is just amazing but id say this is the undisputed QUEEN of it. Half a World a way is my fav track on this.

This is a greek indie pop record? Super unique sound this is a very interesting and mentally stimulating record just super interesting all around. I love the way the breathy vocals complement the boppy instrumentation that is on this. If you like this you should also listen to Up and Away by the same artist this just is a little better imo

If you listen to anything in this list id beg you to listen to this album. this is a small indie band and i adore this album from them. theres an instrumental track titled ‘annihilism’ on this and i feel like it says the most without saying anything if you catch my drift. always remember to support ur local bands!!

I really have a hard time picking this album or her first album every time. I feel like this one is just objectively more polished which is why this one is on here and her title album isnt. IMO when it comes to classic shoegaze this is better than MBV and soulvaki there i said it. super fun sound love it.

an out of body sound that is able to transcend you literally. the first song is an ADVENTURE. if you sit down with noise canceling headphones and just listen to this album start to finish i dont think you would realize what just happened. this is just truly a fun psychedelic jazzy album. I also had the pleasure of meeting the band while i was working as a waiter they came to my restaurant super dope love them and this album.

Holy cow i love city pop. I actually grew up in japan so im not larping and i love HITOMITOI to death. the first song in this album has to be one of my most streamed songs oat i love the classic feel she gets with this album while making it a little chiller and a little smoother than some of the more popular city pop albums out there absolute gem.

Pinnacle of prog jazz this is a heavenly experience and imo his best record but everything that bruno pernadas puts out is extraordinary i would recommend his entire catalog
