  HEAVY RECOMMEND TO LISTEN!!

  A heavy hitting album. This can be emotionally draining to listen to, but it has a beautiful and empathetic story. It is very personal to me but it may not be for a lot of people. The vibes of the album are rock, grunge, and very raw at times. I love songs that are optimistic and/or happy while sounding sad. Some of the songs are very long and also I am recommending the "remastered" version (Whatever the newest release you see), as there are older versions but they are not as refined. This is one of those albums that I find hard to listen to now that I am in a better emotional state.

  My top 50 Albums of all time.

  This one is fairly new to me, hence the lower rating, but I feel that the more time I have to ruminate with it the more I come to enjoy it. Car Seat Headrest is an indie folk rock inspired band that consists of random screams, toned down monologues and repeating the same haunting phrase 100 times. This album isn’t easy listening, I’d much prefer to call it large listening. A few trigger warnings of drug abuse and family trauma, all the fun stuff 😁
