Remember that old house you used to live at? Hell that old town you used to walk around the streets and feel like you owned? Maybe you do, maybe you don't. J. Cole definitely does though, 2014 Forrest Hills Drive is his past but more importantly it's his present and him demonstrating how far he has come since living in that old house. And of course it's his A game rapping so there's going to be some outrageous songs and bars. Though in my opinion that contributes to the story telling of songs such "Wet Dreamz" and "Apparently". Cole world.

03' adolescence is my fav, 2:30 is powerful. A story abt his drug selling friend, how he looked up to him, and how his friend was jealous of what Cole had. Aside from 03' Adolescece, No role Modelz, everything else didn't hit me home. Not afraid to talk his talk. 83/100 (UTC). 1x
