  If Mac before Swimming was orange juice, and Swimming was a single fin beer, then Circles is a shot of absinthe. You know what I mean? This is so harmoniously depressing, it really shows you how much Mac cared but couldn't direct it towards change. It makes me cry every other time I listen to it, but I have to come back to it once in awhile just to experience this soulful funky jazz concoction again. Sublime.
