As soon as I heard the first song, I Should Live in Salt, I was hooked. Self-deprecating lyrics, self-recrimination, and a hypnotic slow rhythm. I never got tired of listening to this album. I graded papers to it, Marie Kondo-d my house to it, and worked on torturous manuscripts while listening to this album on repeat.

Beautiful album, heart wrenching songs, and great lyrics. So many great songs on here. My personal fav is this is the last time. Check it out.
