  Tom Waits could not be stopped post-9/11; this is by far his best record. This album has haunted me since I was 5 years old. It's one of the best concept albums of all time!!! A steampunk-vaudevillian carnie nightmare which perfectly accompanies, "Through the Looking Glass."
