  This album is an experience. They succeeded very well at making the album extreme but not aggressive. Beautiful riffs. Special mention to the build up to the song The Star of Collapse. It's just fantastic and incredibly satisfying once it hits. The harsh vocals are pretty one-dimensional, with the vocalist essentially doing the same growl the entire album, but I don't know it just works.
