2026 10 - Going to Finish the Zaelos 30 This Month!
librariousI finally finished the Zaelos 30! This album was a bit of a ‘palate cleanser’ but also a segue from Jesus is King (which Clipse appears on). Let God Sort Em Out is a confident, strong album by a duo that have nothing to prove and prove it hard. Absolute professionals.
After three months, I’m back in the habit of listening to albums (and back in the habit of logging those listens here). I’m not sure where my listening will go from here. I’m curious to catch up with 2026 new releases (and will probably listen to what appeals to me from Martin’s list), but will also start working on my own Top 30, which will mean re-listening to old favorites. 30 is a weird number between too many and not enough.

MohammadClipse’s Let God Sort Em Out is a masterclass in sharp coke-rap and Pusha T’s ruthless lyricism. Malice’s return is effortless, trading heavy introspection with classic coke-dealer grit. Backed by soulful, menacing production, it’s a triumphant, ice-cold victory lap proving they haven’t lost a single step.

Mindy2026 nominee I was floored by how much I enjoyed this. Definitely not a perfect album, but I enjoyed it a lot. Like, enough that I’ve done some looking into clipse, spent time thinking about the lyrics, and I’m interested in hearing more by clipse/registering to the album. I think this would have been my choice for winner. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

kohlrobithis album is just banger after banger. Clipse returned to the game like they never left and delivered an instant classic. great beats, fire bars, good features. Push never stopped, but it’s been great to see Malice still got the juice. thank you Pusha T for giving us the line “Yellow diamonds look like pee pee”.

Peras22According to the lore, the existence of this album is crazy cause Pusha T and Malice hadn't done something together in a long time and there was a lot of things that happened. The collabs are insane like, Kendrick, Tyler, Nas and the production of Pharrell Williams. It's not really entirely my type of rap but the lyrics and production are great. Fantano gave it a 10/10 but I would say 8 maybe.
