  (01/28/2026) I recently started reading a biography about Damon Albarn, so of course I had to go back and check out some records from Blur. I was only ever familiar with Gorillaz growing up, so hearing Damon's voice over dissonant, lo-fi & grungy rock songs is so interesting, and such a good fit! I think I enjoyed the front half more - songs like Beetlebum, Song 0 and You're So Great were some particular highlights for me. Will definitely be coming back to this, and likely checking out more Blur this year!
