2026 - My CD listening log (to get away from streaming services)
I still hate streaming services. The lack of ownership, and the continued price gouging/AI investment continues to push me out of that ecosystem. So I wanted to make a log of all the music I’ve enjoyed all through physical means. Alphabetically ordered!

This one was a Christmas gift I only got around to listening to proper this year, and god it’s beautiful. Children of the Empire is a top 10 song of the year for me, and the rest of the tracklist isn’t far behind!

Some really great tunes on here! Listened to it while reading a biography about Damon Albarn early this year - the context of his history really added to this one for me.

Jimi HendrixThis album is fucking awesome - phenomenal instrumentals and such hooky lyricism. Still need to check out the rest of his catalogue - I’ve since listened to part of The Jimi Hendrix Experience (also stellar), but really want to hear the rest! Hoping to find the other records at my local library soon.
