The first time I listened to “Sleep”, my jaw almost dropped then I felt a surge of energy as the song began to pick up pace. It put me in a similar headspace to Echoes - Pink Floyd and like Echoes, now has a special place in my heart.

Many of GYBE’s tracks are extensive, primarily instrumental with little snippets here and there of interviews, speech etc and have somewhat dystopian undertones to them.

An open-mind and patience is required to really appreciate the beauty of their work but for those who have both, it really is a virtue.

Seeing these guys live was amazing.
