Wednesday Zep Ranking - albums

"Carouselambra" stinks. "In The Evening" is pretty good I guess. "I'm Gonna Crawl" is good. But that one track is such an overwhelming turd.

I just love "Poor Tom"! "We're Gonna Groove" feels like it's right on the verge of being a bonafide banger. Same with "Wearing and Tearing." What would a next album have sounded like?

Pretty good to listen to driving around as a 17 year old, but I'm not, so

Kind of a mixed bag isn't it? But "Nobody's Fault But Mine" still does a good job, and I can listen to "Tea for One" on repeat

Some of the tracks you might think "this didn't need to be a double album" and I'd probably agree, but we'd be wrong

I don't ever need to hear "Whole Lotta Love" again, but "Ramble On" is the first Zeppelin track I ever heard, so

Good times, bad times. No bad tracks though. What a first album. It's the first one so I guess the "proper" "I Can't Quit You Baby" version, but idk. This album is 56 years old.

"Over the Hills" and "The Ocean" stand out. Dud track is "The Crunge." But it's a tight eight songs

"Since I've Been Loving You" right after "Celebration Day" was diabolical.
