Summer 2024
This album is a breath of fresh air. The Beths have crawled their way out of the boring balladry in their sophomore album and recentered themselves into the energy that made their original so compelling. They're not regressing either as these tracks mature their sound into more complex arrangements. More like this please! Recommended Track: Silence Is Golden

2022 Top Ten
This could've been number 1, but I picked their first album as my favorite of 2018, so I gave it to Spoon. I do really, really, really love this album.

Kevin's 2023 Favorites
The Beths are new to me this year, and I’m sad it took me this long to discover them. They’re cute without being cloying, with amazing harmonies and very clever lyrics. Strong Dean & Britta or The Submarines vibes.

Concerts I’ve been to since the pandemic started
One of my favorite albums of 2022, and a fun concert. One of those times the sound guy did a fantastic job and my ears didn’t hurt afterwards.

2023 Albums
I’ve been listening to this since last year, and there’s no stopping now. Smart lyrics, catchy beats—I’m not sure if I should be happy or sad.
